User Guide
1. Preparations Before Startup
– Verify the label dimensions and application position, and configure the machine’s basic parameters;
– Clean the label surface and load the label roll into the machine’s storage compartment;
– Start the preheating program; once the machine reaches operating temperature, proceed with startup.
2. Labeling Procedure
– Adjust the labeling head height and side guide positions to ensure labels feed smoothly into the labeling head;
– Set the sensor detection distance based on the label length to ensure accurate label detection;
– Place the products to be labeled on the workbench, then start the machine to begin the labeling process.
