Quality & FAT Testing

Before any machine or turnkey line leaves our 3000㎡ facility, it undergoes a mandatory 48-hour continuous running test. We strongly encourage you to send us your actual bottles, caps, and product (or a simulated liquid) so we can thoroughly debug the machine. It will not ship until it hits your exact speed and accuracy targets.
We build our machine frames using heavy-duty, thickened 304 stainless steel. All parts that come into direct contact with your product (liquids, pastes, powders) are forged from sanitary 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel to meet strict GMP and FDA compliance.

Shipping & Installation

To protect your investment during long sea voyages, all equipment is first coated with anti-rust oil and tightly wrapped in vacuum-sealed stretch film. It is then securely bolted inside heavy-duty, fumigation-free wooden export crates to prevent moisture and impact damage.
Yes. We can dispatch our senior engineers to your global facility for full Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), mechanical integration, and hands-on operator training. Alternatively, we provide incredibly detailed manuals and 24/7 live video guidance for your local technical team.
