Semi-automatic vacuum sealing and capping machine

This semi-automatic vacuum sealing and capping machine is specifically designed for glass bottles with tin lids. It combines vacuum sealing and automatic capping in a single unit, features a compact footprint, and is easy to operate. It efficiently vacuum-seals food products such as honey and sauces to extend their shelf life, making it ideal for small-batch production and startup prototyping.

Highlights

  • Integrated vacuum sealing and capping: Completes both vacuum sealing and capping in a single step, eliminating the need for additional equipment and saving both time and money.
  • The results are visually clear and easy to verify: After sealing, the tin lid will cave in, allowing you to visually confirm that the vacuum is adequate and eliminating the risk of air leakage.
  • Highly adaptable to various scenarios: It occupies only about 0.3–0.5 square meters, requires just four steps to operate, and has no complicated setup, making it ideal for small-batch production and startup prototyping.

In-Depth Details

Equipment Features and Adjustment Instructions

Key Features:
The machine automatically performs vacuum sealing and capping operations. It uses a built-in vacuum pump to extract air from the bottle while simultaneously tightening the cap, creating a vacuum-sealed environment that inhibits bacterial growth and extends the shelf life of food products. Upon completion, the cap will indent inward, providing visual confirmation of the vacuum seal.
Adjustment and Operation:
The machine requires no complex parameter settings. The operator simply needs to complete three preparatory steps: loading bottles, loading caps, and loading the container. The machine then automatically performs the vacuuming and capping process. Once finished, the finished products can be manually removed. Cap specifications must be customized to fit the sample to ensure a proper seal.
